These DTM Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons will be sure to leave you feeling supple and enthusiastic about your body's ability to move in an easy and supple way, without extra-effort and certainly not bracing against you.
No prior experience with the Feldenkrais Method required, and riders of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. An important thing to remember is that Feldenkrais is not exercise, we are after improving your biomechanics and movement patterns through gentle movement.
- Please be able to to get up and down off the ground, we will be exploring most lessons on the ground.

These classes will help you reach your riding goals, develop your "feel", and move more efficiently, more easily, with less effort.

- tools to help with anxiety and show nerves
- tools to help with common rider hip/back discomfort
